AURENA Tech Team Event 2022

The AURENA Tech Team Event 2022 brought together our team members from different European countries for two exciting days in Austria.

The AURENA Tech team successfully works remotely with team members from Austria, Croatia, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Latvia, Slovenia, and Ukraine. We are proud to have established a lively, international team culture – some of us share an office from time to time, while some of us had not met before in person.

Get-together in Austria

To foster the team spirit even more we happily organized a get-together in person, and invited everyone to the AURENA Tech Team Event 2022 to enjoy some days in Austria. Together, we explored the Styrian mountain scenery. We took part in a paddleboat competition, tasted traditional Austrian cuisine, and indulged ourselves at the famous Zotter chocolate factory.

“As a remote team, it is essential for us to meet occasionally face-to-face, to build and strengthen our virtual working relationships,” said Orsolya Gyulai (GO), Scrum Master at AURENA Tech. “I believe that the more we connect and bond, the more effectively we will solve business problems and deliver solutions together as a team. I am very much looking forward to the next team event, to meet everyone, including those who could not join this time.“
