AURENA Tech strengthens its Backend team

Martijn Lammaing joins as Senior Backend Engineer to further enhance the AURENA auction platform.

The AURENA team is happy to welcome Martijn Lammaing as a new team member. With extensive experience in senior backend roles, Martijn will contribute to the ongoing success and development of the AURENA auction platform.

Appealing tech stack to work with

He explains what attracted him to AURENA Tech: “The adoption of Domain Driven Design and microservices with Node.js made it a very appealing stack to work with. Seeing how the nuts and bolts fit together, and building on that foundation, is something I am definitely looking forward to.” Being originally from Belgium, Martijn also adds a new cultural perspective to the international team.

Martijn joins from MyClubs GmbH, a leading sports aggregator in Austria and Switzerland. At MyClubs, he played a key role in developing the backend and infrastructure system, as the company grew from a small startup to a successful brand.
