10-Year Anniversary & AURENA Tech Winter Games 2026

Recently, our Tech Lead, Martin Kammersberger, celebrated his 10-year anniversary with the AURENA Tech team – a decade of dedication and a great reason to celebrate together at our annual team event in the Styrian mountains.

The AURENA Tech Winter Games were the perfect occasion to spend a fun day together in the snow and to celebrate this special anniversary for Martin. Over the past decade, he has played a key role in pursuing our mission to build the best auction experience in the digital world.

10 year-anniversary for our Tech Lead Martin Kammersberger

Martin has been involved in many of the technical steps that shaped our auction platform – from evolving core components to helping guide important architectural decisions. His deep understanding of the system and his willingness to support teammates make him a highly valued contributor to our engineering team. We are looking forward to the next chapters we will build together!

Strengthen personal connections in the Styrian mountains

Our annual winter team event traditionally brings us to the Styrian mountains, where we strengthen our personal connections as a primarily remote team. We hiked together, enjoyed hearty dishes at a mountain hut 1,800 meters above sea level, and had fun with classic winter activities like Styrian curling and sledging.
